To know who unfollowed is an important step to analyze your stream. It allows for educated guesses if a viewer once followed for a certain game and now may be unfollowing because the streamer plays different games now. With that, we can stop a lot of frustration for streamers. In some cases, 'unfollows' happen because of deleted accounts. Knowing that brings a lot of transparency and makes us streamers feel better!
You don't need to create a new account. You sign in using your Twitch Account. You only need to press log-in!
No! We can only start tracking your follows and unfollows the moment you log in for the first time! Continuous Tracking is only available for premium members.
This is normal. We refresh your follower list in intervals, and if multiple events (Follows or Unfollows) happen in the same timespan, we cannot determine the exact order of the events.
We can't know the exact reason why someone unfollowed, but we can differentiate between an unfollow and an account deletion. This provides important insight into your unfollows.
Continuous Tracking means automatically tracking follows and unfollows, for example, once a day. This feature is available only to premium members. If you don't have premium status, Continuous Tracking is disabled.
Example: If a bot follows you and then unfollows shortly after or gets banned by Twitch, it may not appear in FollowerTracker since we cannot track changes that occur that fast.
